Materials
- vellum, cut as many as you want into 4" x 6" pieces
- decorative or construction paper
- glue
- scissors
- ribbon
Directions
- fold down 1/2" on one end of each of the vellum pieces
- cut decorative shapes; stars and or moons
- glue shapes to the front of the vellum, the folded side is the back
- place ribbon under the fold and the glue in place
