Vellum and Star Decorations

Materials

• vellum, cut as many as you want into 4" x 6" pieces
• decorative or construction paper
• glue
• scissors
• ribbon

Directions

• fold down 1/2" on one end of each of the vellum pieces
• cut decorative shapes; stars and or moons
• glue shapes to the front of the vellum, the folded side is the back
• place ribbon under the fold and the glue in place

Eid Banner

Stripy Letters

This festive Eid sign was made by cutting letters out of stripy wrapping paper. The letters are mounted on squares of white paper which get pasted on orange sheets and laminated.

   

Mini Lanterns

One last variation of the paper lantern. This mini lantern is only 4" high and looks very festive hung on ribbon in a row.
